Terms and risk information applicable to $CREDIFI information presented on credfi.us.

1. Official token identification
The token name and ticker are $CREDIFI. The intended network displayed on this website is Robinhood Chain. The official contract address is loaded from the site's configuration and currently displays as TBA.
If the contract address shows “TBA,” “TBD,” or is otherwise unpublished, do not rely on an address provided by an unsolicited message, reply, group chat, advertisement, or impersonator.
2. No equity, deposit, or ownership rights
Unless a separate legally binding instrument expressly states otherwise, $CREDIFI does not represent shares of CrediFi Score (Pvt) Ltd, a bank deposit, a debt obligation, a right to Company profits, a dividend, an insured account, or a guarantee of repayment.
3. No promise of profit
CrediFi does not guarantee or promise that $CREDIFI will appreciate, produce a return, maintain liquidity, obtain exchange listings, or have a particular future price. Do not purchase $CREDIFI based on an expectation of guaranteed profit.
4. Utility may change
Potential protocol uses can include verification access, approved attester participation, governance, or other network functions. Technical, legal, security, and commercial considerations can cause utility to change, be delayed, be restricted, or never become available in a particular jurisdiction.
5. Token ownership does not improve CrediFi Score
Buying, holding, staking, or transferring $CREDIFI must not directly increase a person's CrediFi Score, Wallet Score, repayment reputation, or financial credential quality.
6. Third-party launchpad
The configured Buy link points to Pons Family Launchpad. It is a third-party service. CrediFi does not control its custody model, fees, wallet connections, smart contracts, order execution, availability, security, or legal eligibility.
7. Self-custody and transaction risk
Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. You are responsible for the wallet you use, private-key security, transaction details, network selection, gas fees, destination address, tax reporting, and compliance with applicable law.
8. Regulatory and jurisdiction risk
Digital-asset laws can vary by jurisdiction and may change. Access to a token, launchpad, wallet, or protocol function can be limited or prohibited in some locations. Nothing on this site represents that $CREDIFI is lawful or appropriate for every person or jurisdiction.
9. Smart-contract and market risk
Risks include coding errors, exploits, phishing, fake tokens, compromised interfaces, low liquidity, slippage, market manipulation, front-running, governance attacks, chain outages, bridge failures, oracle failures, third-party dependencies, and total loss.
10. Taxes
Crypto transactions can create tax consequences. You are responsible for determining and paying taxes applicable to your activity. Consult an independent qualified tax adviser.

CrediFi is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or its affiliates. Robinhood Chain is the name of the blockchain network referenced by CrediFi.
