Terms of Use

Terms governing access to and use of credfi.us and CrediFi public website materials.

These Terms form an agreement between you and CrediFi Score (Pvt) Ltd. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to credfi.us, its pages, documents, configuration data, public product descriptions, and related web content operated by CrediFi Score (Pvt) Ltd (“CrediFi,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Additional written terms may apply to future APIs, enterprise services, credential products, wallets, or other services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use the website. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you, including sanctions, export, tax, financial-services, and digital-asset laws in your jurisdiction.

3. CrediFi is not a bank, broker, or consumer reporting bureau

The website includes a live on-chain wallet scoring service and does not provide a bank account, deposit account, brokerage account, securities exchange, investment advisory service, insured deposit, or guaranteed credit product. CrediFi Score is not represented as a FICO score or traditional consumer bureau score.

Unless CrediFi expressly provides a separate product under a written agreement designed for such use, you may not use CrediFi Score, Wallet Score, Financial Passport information, or website materials to make decisions regarding consumer credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other eligibility decisions governed by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) or analogous federal or state law.

4. $CREDIFI information

The website may provide information about $CREDIFI, including the network, contract address, and a link to a third-party launchpad. $CREDIFI is a crypto asset and can be volatile. Nothing on this website is a promise of appreciation, liquidity, exchange listing, profit, yield, dividend, ownership interest, repayment, or future utility.

Before interacting with $CREDIFI, verify the full contract address displayed on credfi.us and review the $CREDIFI Token Terms and Risk Notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the website to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, malicious code, unauthorized access, impersonation, scraping that materially impairs the service, infringement, harassment, or security testing outside the scope of our responsible disclosure guidance. The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

Except for third-party marks and open-source materials identified as such, the website design, CrediFi branding, written content, graphics, and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to CrediFi and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to access the public website for lawful personal or business evaluation.

7. Third-party services and blockchains

Links to Pons Family Launchpad, Robinhood Chain infrastructure, explorers, wallet software, social networks, and other external services are provided for convenience. Those services are independently operated and governed by their own terms. CrediFi does not control their availability, security, fees, transaction processing, content, or eligibility rules.

CrediFi is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or its affiliates.

8. Blockchain transactions

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You are solely responsible for wallet security, destination addresses, network selection, gas fees, taxes, and transaction authorization. CrediFi will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, live scoring service, and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or error-free operation. A score depends on public blockchain state, third-party indexing availability, methodology version, and the evidence available at calculation time. Future Financial Passport or credential features described on the site may require separate integrations before they are available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrediFi and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, digital assets, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the website or third-party services. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold CrediFi harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of digital assets or blockchain services.

12. United States law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and applicable U.S. state law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in the United States in a venue where jurisdiction and venue are proper under applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, technical, or product changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
