U.S. Privacy Choices
Rights and choices that may be available to U.S. residents under applicable state privacy laws.
No sale or targeted-ad sharing on the public site. CrediFi does not currently sell personal information for money or use credfi.us for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your rights may include
- Confirming whether we process personal information about you.
- Accessing or obtaining a copy of certain personal information.
- Correcting inaccurate personal information.
- Deleting certain personal information, subject to exceptions.
- Opting out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling when legally applicable.
- Appealing a denial of a privacy request where state law provides that right.
Submit a request
Email privacy@credfi.us with the subject “Privacy Request.” Describe the right you want to exercise and the state in which you reside. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Public blockchain records
Privacy rights can apply to personal information controlled by CrediFi, subject to legal exceptions. CrediFi cannot delete or alter transactions and other records maintained independently on a public blockchain. A request concerning CrediFi-controlled copies, logs, or derived records will be evaluated under applicable law.
Authorized agents
Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
Global Privacy Control
Where applicable law requires recognition of a valid browser-based opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, CrediFi will treat the signal in accordance with applicable law for covered processing. The current public site does not run targeted advertising or sale/share tracking.
Non-discrimination
CrediFi will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
